Promoting Change and Growth Through a Shared Musical  Experience

Welcome to Inscape Therapies

At Inscape Therapies, we believe in the transformative power of music to support emotional, social, and physical well-being. Music therapy is a clinical, evidence-based practice that uses music-making, listening, and improvisation to help individuals express themselves, connect with others, and develop key skills.

Our team of highly skilled therapists delivers services across educational, healthcare and third sector settings throughout Scotland and primarily in the West and Central Belt. With a commitment to excellence, compassion, and person-centred care, we create a safe, supportive environment where music becomes a powerful tool for growth and provision.

Testimonials

Dominic began music therapy at a time in his life when he had to come to terms with the nature of his disability. At that point his self-esteem was at low ebb. Music therapy allowed him to engage with his feelings and emotions and express them in a positive way. In doing so he was able to address his negative feelings towards his disability and channel them through his music. Since then he has gone from strength to strength and is now able to express his feelings on a regular basis in his therapy sessions with Brian.
